The restaurant was quite crowded during the peak holiday season, but the waitstaff remained calm and composed, doing their best to manage the situation. Despite the busyness, the food was excellent, so hats off to them!

My friend and I particularly enjoyed the herb garden while our husbands relaxed with their beers. I ordered the chicken salad, which was delightful, and everyone else opted for the steak, cooked to perfection for each of them. The salad was incredibly fresh, and the chips were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, though a bit more training on placing dishes down gently would be beneficial. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others. It's well worth a visit!

Grounds are amazing cultured gardens with f... read more What a lovely coffee shop! We stopped here on a mini tour of the Underberg area and didn’t regret our choice at all. Grounds are amazing cultured gardens with farm animals roaming around. There are goats and rabbits in pens at the rear of the garden too. There’s a small play area for the kids. The food was sublime. My steak salad ranks top 3 in my meals during our 2 week holiday. Great flavours. Staff were friendly attentive. Couldn’t ask for more when it comes to a great resting place whilst touring the beautiful Drakensburg mountains. Pay them a visit you won’t regret it.
