What RalphB doesn't like about Novelle:
Had reservations for 6:15 was told that they were understaffed and had to wait for an open table. Someone else came over and said no you need to sit them they have reservations. Was brought to a table waited a few moments when another girl took our drink and dinner order. 20 minutes elapsed and we walked out as we were afraid at the speed of service we would not get to our concert seats in time. Very disappointing View all feedback.
Got here and started 11:45 didn't get our food till 12:40pm. There was hardly anyone in there and it was only brunch options. Idk how it why it took so long. The brunch menu had like 4 options. Steak and eggs was dry. Waste of . The place is huge andservice is slow. Wouldn't recommend.
I don?t know how they decide to run their place but I don?t appreciate the false advertisement. Went to a drag brunch here that was from 11-3pm. Got here at 11 and have been waiting for over an hour for the show. Still hasn?t stated since posting this.this was not worth the hour and a half drive. Would have had a better time at home watching Rue Paul than this definitely notworth the $50 fee. Would give it negative stars if possible.
Cool vibes! Got a bit of everything. DJ and dancefloor to dance, lounge to relax, bar to drink. Over all a good place. Prices are also relatively reasonable for the location!
Very fun atmosphere, Food and service were excellent. Live band was very good! Will be back!
