I would rate this a 0, but that?s not possible, so I give it a 1. This whole process was extremely unorganized and frustrating. A worker took my order and after waiting at least 5 minutes and watching numerous customers receiving what they ordered, I was still waiting. And to find out, the worker that took my order never even made my milkshake. Not to mention, there were plenty of workers and many people not being helped. Finally I was given my milkshake and was told I did not have to pay due to the waiting and inconvenience. Then a worker even came out and said one of us did not pay when we all had payed. We left and we?re walking us the stairs when that same worker followed us through the whole place and taps on my friends shoulder and accuses us of still not paying for a $5 ice cream. She then proceeds to make them go back and pay for their order when they already had. She asked for their card to check if the transaction went through but instead just payed for the order again with their card and we even saw her add her own tip. We were very unsatisfied with the service but the milkshake was bussin.

Awful service. Went with some friends and it was super disorganized. Disappointed that we got chased through the building because they didn?t believe we payed for a shake. Manger was extremely unhelpful and took my friends debit card from her hand and paid without showing her what they were paying for. All for them to figure out it was a misunderstanding. Not to mention overpriced.

Small but fun selection of ice creams to buy here. My daughter still won't try the phish food but she has no idea what she is missing!! She chose the mint chocolate chip instead.

I tried the Cherry Garcia, one of my favorites, and it was fantastic in both a bowl and a cone. My wife had the chocolate flavor and found it absolutely divine!

Had a nice cone here that was a mix of their Mint Chocolate chunk and the new Cannoli flavor in a cone. Both worked quite well together and service was lightning fast. The staff is quite courteous and friendly. If you're looking for ice cream at Mohegan Sun you've found the right place!
