KFC - UNANDERRA

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. How can they give an estimated ordering time and still manage to get it wrong in the end? The store manager, trainers, and KFC company as a whole need to be held accountable for this incompetence. Overall, the service was in absolutely terrible shape.

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, we decided to do take-out from this restaurant, which only had a drive-thru option available. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our meal. When we got home, we found that the food was old, cold, and soggy, with an excessive amount of salt added. The chicken pieces, nuggets, and tenderlings were not fresh and seemed like they had been sitting in the kitchen for hours before being served. The fries were okay but slightly soggy and not as salty as the rest of the meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we ended up eating our meal on the go.

I have had both good and average meals at this restaurant, but sometimes I miss the food when I leave.

This kfc is horrific! the half of the time the employees are rude, at ordering and demand for a certain piece of workman either say what they have or do not hear and throw in everything. most family dinners are terrible or...missing something, the amount of time I needed to take back food or make them phone is terrible! I don't even eat from here anymore, I'm going to the city to be much better in morwell!

Had a late night feed of a wrap and chips. It was typical food you would get at a fast food venue. Nothing outstanding and yet nothing to sneer at. The venue was clean as were the toilets.
