Palma Saray Coffee Shop - Umm Al Quwain

I went to this restaurant to watch the final FIFA match. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the organization. Our orders were delayed and we did not receive much attention from the staff. The customer service was the worst I have experienced. The food was also not very tasty. We had to ask for water 10 times before finally being served, and it came just as we were leaving. The table reservation process was unsatisfactory and we were given the wrong bill, which was only corrected after we pointed it out.

The food at the restaurant was enjoyable, but the atmosphere was smokey with no designated non-smoking area. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal, so we quickly finished our food and left.
