As it says above the door "Why cook? Buy a chook!" The chickens are well cooked and already salted so caution is advised with asking for extra. So too one must regard the house gravy as optional - sure, it looks good and on a few chips it's amazing, but beyond that it's a bit like the blob - all consuming! The salads are pretty good too. Umina Charcoal Chicken shop has the best BBQ chickens on the Peninsula. The chickens are imported from Adelaide to Umina Beach so the locals can pick from the best chickens on the market. You can also buy salads and gravy to complement your chicken meal. You might pay a little more for your chicken than you would at Coles, but you get what you pay for, quality. View all feedback.
