One of the best Sushi Bar in the whole of Sweden. Luckily its in Umea. The quality and especially the cleanliness is just fine. Something in my opinion, most of the sushi bars lack. Perfect View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Aylia Sushi:
The food was prepared quickly, the rice was ok. However the sushi in the pictures on the website did not at all look like the sushi from the restaurant. Thick slices of fish on the pictures, but very thin slices on the nigiri. Generous amount of salmon in the sashimi dish, but cooked shrimp and cooked octopus are not sashimi. View all feedback.

Most value for money if you want to try the best sushi in Umeå, Aliya has to try. Professional staff with fast service. Yummy taste.
