The staff is always delightful and friendly and the food is always delicious and they get some different kind of corn tortillas that are more like fresh and homemade style vs the ones you get at the store. These have that homemade little bite to them and better flavor and texture. The salsa bar is phenomenal with everything from pico de gallo to different spice levels of sauces including red, green, roasted and even have some red onion escabeche with habaneros. The star of the show for me though is the beautiful chicharron with all the meat and porkiness of a good country style chicharron. They also have the soft chicharron for making tacos. They have barbacoa, al pastor, carne asada, buche, tripas etc etc the rice and beans are spot on as far as the flavor profile .....yeahhhhhh, this is my preferred taco shop in town. You can't go wrong with the flavor and authenticity of this place imo. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure.
