Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Shower was great! Toilet was a bit weird; the seat didn't fit the bowl well. Room was a *little* small, and only had one chair in a room that slept 3. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will happily stay here again, and recommend to others.

Hot water was constant and no issues. Very comfortable stay, will definitely be back to use the beautiful pool in warmer weather. Thanks to the staff for a faultless stay

It is a gre... read more We have found our annual ulverstone trip accommodation. We spent hours at the property in the heated swimming pool. A BBQ is available in this area. It is a great communal area to socialise with other guests and make acquaintances during your own stay. The grounds are superbly maintained with all employees worthy of mention with their welcoming and friendly manners. The room was clean and big enough for the three of us. There was clear signage to utilise all appliances in the room. The Beachway is a short walk to the beach and amazing parks for the children to play. It is a 2 minute drive to the CBD, and ulverstone has excellent shopping. Kids and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this accommodation, and we will be back over and over again, we have fallen in love.

The shower had hot water and ran smoothly. The breakfast was delicious! I will definitely be returning. I would give the rooms, service, and location all a 5-star rating. The highlights of the hotel were its quiet atmosphere, its kid-friendly environment, and the great value it offered.
