Yesterday, I visited Panera in Kingston expecting to enjoy a nice, fresh cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because the coffee did not taste fresh at all. It seemed as if it had been sitting in the container for too long. It was either not changed or forgotten about. A Nice little place for your quick and tasty salad and soup
I was there on December 19, 2021 my wife loves this place I like it to but For the money they are making the floor was dirty you need to pass the vacuum and a lot of the tables are Dirty will be nice if you keep an eye on it
This is a busy location so if you are ordering around lunch expect a wait, if you get mad about a wait that’s your own fault. The staff are all extremely friendly and hardworking
I go to the Kingston Panera Bread. Every time I order curbside pickup I end of having to go inside to get it. Today, I order my food at 11:30a and said I would be there at 12:00. I got there on time, and waited, and waited, and waited. Until 12:20 I went in to see what was going on and my food is stilling on the table along with my drink. Went back to the car and contacted the manager. Told him what happened and he said well it gets busy as this time and my response was well then don't offer the service. It's false advertising. and this is not the first time this has happened He had nothing to say. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (sarcasm)!!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Quick and easy for to-go food. they have ample parking and a clean bathroom. would stop in again!
