I had an amazing cheeseburger here today. Was totally blown away. I wasn't expecting much based on the low star rating. But it was my daughter's birthday and she really wanted Johnny Rockets. So glad we did. Also enjoyed our fries and chili.The prices are a tad high, but they are everywhere these days. But the quality of my burger was amazing. Cooked fresh, smash styles patties, juicy and delicious. Can't wait to come back when craving a burger in South Center Mall.

Food was good, milkshake was watery. Everything sold separately. Not worth it.

I love the food. What brought the review stars down is that at the Pacific Place location in downtown Seattle it is never busy and they have like 3-4 employees working. The southcenter mall location is always busy and they only have 2 people working.

I’ve ordered at this particular location several times. I’ve never had an issue with any order and the burgers and fries are always fantastic. Just sucks it’s become so overpriced and that this location is far away from me.
