Jamba - Ulrika Tukwila

I called my order in on the phone and at first they said they could not make my order as they did not understand that this smoothie is on the underground menu and then I told them they made the exact same order yesterday. Next they said they would make the order. When I arrived the order was not even started. Next they told me to get in line behind everyone else and they insisted that I needed to place my order on the tablet. I was paying with a card, so I had to get someones attention so I could place the order Again and Pay with my Card. The staff were exceptionally rude and less than helpful. And in the end they made them wrong, I order 3 large Strawberry Energizer and none of them had strawberries in them, they were all runny and had no smoothie to them. Poor customer service, and very Rude.

I love the flavor and ingredients at Jamba Juice, this location is a little sparse almost like they r moving out. But they have great service and products.

10/10 experience. Doesn't change wherever I go and admittedly, I appreciate this level of consistency. Thank yall!

This is the best **** I've ever had omg I wanna drink it everyday I can't get enough of the white gummy and mango a go go. the blonde girl Andrea was so kind and did an amazing job on my 10 drinks I ordered. Don't come here on weekends! It's super busy. they are all so fast especially the skater dude with the beanie :

Best service ever everyone was so nice and the smoothie i got was so good I've never had a better smoothie in my entire life i come here everyday but don't come on weekends the line gets very long and it takes a little while to get your drink. The skater dude with the beanie was so kind and the smoothie he made was amazing.
