Der Kaffee und die Lage im Zentrum sind sehr gut, die Sauberkeit des Cafés und die Optik des Personals haben noch Luft nach oben. We were in Ulm as tourists and spontaneously decided to have an iced coffee. The coffee and the location in the center are very good, the cleanliness of the café and the look of the staff still have room for improvement.
