The atmosphere is fantastic, and the dishes only get better as you progress through the courses. If you're not a huge wine enthusiast, the non-alcoholic pairing is a must-try. It felt like an additional course with each drink, complementing the food perfectly and leaving us speechless. The drinks were unforgettable on their own, but paired with the food, they elevated the entire experience. The staff was incredibly kind to my husband and me, even though we were the only couple who didn't speak German. We will remember this experience fondly and will definitely return when visiting Ulm.
