As a regular customer, I was curious to see what the new owner, Manuela Caputi, had put on the menu and what changes the restaurant had made. I can only congratulate her! Tried-and-true dishes are on the menu, as well as new and reinterpreted classics. The already high quality has been significantly improved by the new owner. I was back again with friends on my second evening there. Everyone was thrilled! Ada's friendly service has also continued. It truly is a little piece of Italy in Ulm. A little tip: it's worth taking a look at the weekly specials! They now feature seasonal dishes and fish, depending on the daily availability. Fantastic!!
