I was very politely informed that the ingredi... read more Today I enjoyed a custom-made bowl prepared by a very knowledgeable employee who took my allergies very seriously. I was very politely informed that the ingredients are stored openly at the counter to guarantee freshness. The food was prepared very quickly, exactly as I had requested. The staff at the register and at the food counter were all very courteous and wished me bon appétit. It's these little touches from the staff that make the delicious food even better! I'll definitely be back.

They don't... read more The food was delicious, including some vegan alternatives. Unfortunately, the restaurant feels compelled to hang wasp traps outside on their terrace. They don't hurt anyone. Anyone who feels disturbed just has to sit inside with the doors and windows closed. Furthermore, bees and bumblebees also get lost in such traps, which are much more popular. Even though wasps do exactly the same thing as bees and bumblebees. Wasps pollinate, are NOT aggressive, and have a right to exist!

I've NEVER had anything to complain about – a... read more I'm always happy to come back! The Dean&David in Ulm is simply amazing! The dishes are prepared fresh and quickly. I've NEVER had anything to complain about – and I've been coming for years to get a salad or a bowl for lunch. The staff are always friendly, polite, professional, and usually very funny – and always up for a laugh. The entire team seems dedicated and professional. Even the boss, Tobi, is always super nice...he passes on my order without me having to say anything..... Keep it up – and hopefully Dean@David will be around for decades to come!
