I paid Rs 90 extra f... read more Very bad experience with food studio. I ordered Jain(without onion garlic) Paneer Cheese Franky but while eating there was no cheese in it. I paid Rs 90 extra for cheese my bill total was Rs520 with 3 franky and half litre Mirinda. I called Food studio and contacted Rahul Tilwani and discussed my issue regarding lack of cheese i didnt got a satisfied answer, i asked him that would i get a refund for lack of cheese in it at first he said i will get full refund if there is no cheese in it and at second, answer from him was egoistic because he didnt solve my issue, So i decided not to order from food studio in future. I am from Service Industry i work at Naturals Ice Cream C Block Ulhasnagar, even i had my own fast food restaurant in Kalyan name was Sip Snack Factory this is not the way we used to treat our customer like he did
