Good Japanese food! Hana is one of my most popular Japanese restaurants in UB. Beautiful ambience and clean. Sushi and Sashimi are pretty good. Fresh fish arrives every Wednesday night and I always make sure I visit on Thursday. In addition to sushi and sashimi, they serve well cooked food and salads. Look at her mixed veg and shrimp salad! Incosistent food. Every time you order it, there is different taste, like too much ginger one point, other times curry was so weak. Service was so mediocre. Waitress does not know the dishes when asked. No clue of what foods were ordered. The manager has so cold eyes, no welcome. Food took more than 1 hour to serve. Traditional sushi and many more. Beautiful location, very japanese-style. A very good wine selection, most of them from italy. I will came back!
Hats off to the quality of the nori rolls. The crispy texture of the nori when you put it in your mouth is exquisite, something you can only experience at non-lotate sushi restaurants in Japan.
