What doesn't like about Black Burger Factory:
I called this store at 10:20 and asked opened or not. They said opened so I visited 10:40 but they said matirials is coming and I had to wait. and then they took my order at 11:00 and cooked with matirials from refrigerator!!(even there is no menu and QR code for menu on the table did not work) liar and so unkind employee made my morning bad. -5 star store!! Get double patty black burger by far their best. Potato veges are not the greatest, but regular fries are pretty good.

The burger is okay, the atmosphere is nice and the service is great.
The burgers were okay but the service was not. They were rude.
Burger called Aloha was average.. not juicy... Dry bacon and chicken. Better than Burger King. There was also a Caesar salad for 8900t. The chef needs to adjust the ingredients as this salad doesn't live up to its name. .
