The trainer, Thierry, really took the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and demonstrate it step by step. This made me feel at ease and gave me plenty of room to try out and practice the exercises myself. I thought it was very special to be able to talk for a moment at a depth of 10 meters, in the small caves. This way we could discuss how things went and what we could improve during the exercises. Thierry was very patient and gave useful tips that really helped me. The water was also pleasantly warm, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. In short, a very fun and educational training in a very nice diving pool! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their diving skills and build up some confidence.
