Roast beef sandwiches with Glengorm beef, ham salad and scotch broth with Glengorm lamb. All thoroughly enjoyable. Just perfect after a walk to Dun Ara. Friendly staff. Nice deli inside. Dog friendly.
We called in here today for a light lunch and we were not disappointed. I had the tomato and basil soup and my wife had the celery, leek and blue cheese soup, both were absolutely spot on, served up with a nice slice of crusty bread and real butter. We also had a piece of their homemade tea loaf and chocolate cake and once again these were spot on. The prices were very reasonable and the staff extremely friendly. We would definitely call in here again.
I went for a walk and to use the tea room and it is a really smashing place. Lovely cafe and shop serving cake and great coffee, until lunchtime then a variety of tasty food. Friendly staff and amazing service. A beautiful Castle and Gardens, in the north of the Isle of Mull. Lovely location, views to die for. And the coffee shop worth a visit.
What a little gem tucked away in the shadow of Glengorm Castle. Amazing selection of cakes (many GF), I was spoilt for choice. Nice coffee too. Loved the quirky highland cow milk jug. Lovely place with stunning scenery a short walk away.
Bought 2 coffees £5.20) and 2 pieces of cake and charged £25.20. When I queried it was told the billed one piece of cake twice and give £5 back which means other cake cost £10. I suspect they billed me for someone else sat on table as well but either way I was made to feel I was being unreasonable. Food was good quality but I have a sour taste in my mouth...
