We were at Chef Ernie's when they were at peak supper hour and we were greeted immediately. We sat quickly and the owner was even helping in the dining room to seat people. We were waited on promptly and pleasantly. Our food was hot and delicious. Plates were cleared as soon as we were finished. We will be going back. Great people, great price. View all feedback.
What Bogdana Ursu doesn't like about Chef Ernies Restaurant:
The food is average at best. If you want a good meal checkout the Dennison Yard Uncle primos, the Pros Table or Bistro 131. Ernies caters to the Midvale/Dennison crowd who like to drink at the bar. View all feedback.
I ate here once... and that was enough for me. About price for the quality of food. The crowd in the facility was the worst part, but you need to be realistic and expect arduous idiots when you look at it in Watchichsville.
My husband and I had the beer broken cod that has a very light flakey battery and thick pieces of cod. It tasted so fresh and delicious. The salad was very fresh and the homemade sweet and sour dressage is amazing. We had each side of spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread all included in the meal. Food was served hot and service was great. Tomorrow take a pizza home and it looks wonderful and smells great.
I write in response to the review published on 6/17/13. I was the server that worked this party, and I am infidel with the mistrusts contained in this review. The food is always served hot and fresh, no exceptions. When I stood with the owner while trying to work out the disagreement, I was told that my service was excellent. It's funny how it went by excellent in person to be too terrible in the review. The owner was not informed about the children when booking. The same amount of food was made for this party of 28, which would have been made for any other party of 28. We all have parties and nothing less than happy customers. What really insults me that I see that the owner works very long and hard hours to ensure that her business was running properly. She is proud of her business, and is one of the few owners I worked for is known in every aspect of her company.
Our family of 28 reservations 4 days in advance for a family style wedding rehersal banquet and received terrible service and bad food. They actually had the boldness, our party left over roast beef dressed as dry weather steak, of which it was about 5 ounces per person. In addition to the left overs, they also served: butter/oil invaded cool potatoes, 1 small piece of chicken per person, salty and cool green beans. In addition, the only drinks served water without dessert because there was no dessert. The accounts were over $500.00 including a 18% satisfaction. No discounts for children and when the manager was faced with the problem, he received an apology about your luck, give me my money type of answer. All these posts you have read, advise you not to waste your time or money are absolutely honest.
