We love the Piccolo Italiano. It is located in the oldest part of Uetersen in the basement of a historic building. As there are only about 30 seats available we recommend a reservation to make sure you get a table. The food is typical Italian, but no pizza is served. We love the Piccolo Italiano. It is located in the oldest part of Uetersen in the basement of a historic building. As there are only about 30 seats available we recommend a reservation to make sure you get a table. The food is typical Italian, but no pizza is served. In the tiny kitchen is no room for a traditional pizza baking oven. We normally choose from the menu of the day and up to now the Food was always excellent. My favourite is Tagliatelle pasta with truffels. We also like the starters, for example the Vitello Tonato or Carpaccio.
