Contribute FeedbackUpdate 11.12.2022: It will be Christmas! 1kg goose breast cut out of the oven (for 2 in 2 crispy juicy large tranches on the carcass (69, €). The meat compactly spicy well seasoned with a heavenly, rich dark poultry roast sauce, light crispy great clasps, shlotty harmonic red cabbage and baked marzipana apple. The red Terre Siciliano (35, €/Fl a perfect, full-bodied companion (0.75l Morelli mineral water with 6.80€. The freshly prepared dish has a somewhat longer waiting period and has succeeded for me all around; almost exemplary. The waiting period will be served with fresh baguette bread slices, a light tomato pistol and top olive oil placed on the table (later still a snoop, because not everything went round . The new, hip and stylish but cosy ambience and the younger, sometimes still in the training, service team takes part in the positive overall experience, authentic, friendly and lovable, though not always perfect. A very nice evening with delicious food in the unfortunately barely frequented restaurant. Update 4. and 19.7.2020: Matjes Haufrauenart, Scholle Finkenwerder, Wiener Schnitzel incl. Appetizers in proven, described quality. New management and service personnel but friendly, flott and striving. Update 2018: At the beginning of winter 2018 we went for spontaneous dinner with green cabbage (excellent; uniquely made and tasted with great meat quality (approximately €16.50) and roasted napkin (approx. 20, in just as good quality and macho as the plaice 2016. Positive a customized small card for house guests and in turn a healthy service with a new waiter. In addition to the existing reviews here the excellent impression from the lunch table 8.9.16: Grauburgunder 4,60€/Glass fresh, cool and savory; ideal companion for our fish dishes: Scholle Finkenwerder Art with cucumber salad and butter potatoes (18,90€ a poem! Perfectly roasted, seasoned and tasted. Meaty lush fish with abundant crispy bacon cubes, tasty salad like classic homemade and golden yellow buttrige potatoes. One more number better was the cable-jaufilet with Pfifferlingen, Kapernkartoffeln and lemon sauce with river-cancers (23.50€ : A great creation of stunningly crafty and excellently implemented. The harmony and sustainability in the combination of good fresh fish well roasted, the excellent caper aroma with the potatoes as well as the delicate, acidic, pointed sauce composition with the ideally inserted light-spiced flow cancers I have not yet eaten. Kitchen astonishingly creative and at a high level with ground friendly classic operation and beautiful ambience. Go on!
