I ordered the Ebi Tempura Ramen and asked if they can just put the tempura on the side, as I read on the other comments that they put the tempura inside the broth. I was happy they did. However the ramen is just instant noodles with a hard boiled egg, some chopped carrots, zucchini and green onions. I am asian so I fairly know the difference of the noodles for ramen and the instant ones. This is definitely instant noodles. Unhappy. I also ordered fried chicken crispy taco. It was on their menu with some items from Peru. Nothing so particular about the taste of it. It was just crispy taco with some salad, scrambled egg, 1 tiny chicken finger with spicy mayo. My husband seemed to be happy with his sushi. He said the fish were fresh. When we took the bill, I saw that they charged us 3 covers. 3 × 2.00.. We dined me, my husband and our 23 months son. We payed 60.70.. a bit high price in my opinion. Service was just okay.

The staff at the hotel told me this place had the best sushi in Udine, so I gave it a try. Great recommendation, everything was very fresh, well prepared. Staff are super friendly and all are multi lingual.

Having been in Japan many... read more Probably one of the best Japanese restaurant in Udine (I am not considering at all the all you can eat Chinese/Japanese restaurants). Having been in Japan many times, the taste is still far from the real Japanese tastes. Anyway suggested and good food considering what Udine can offer as Japanese restaurants.

The bowl arrived with two tempura sh... read more The only reason I went to the restaurant was to eat a delicious bowl of Ramen Soup. I chose the 'Shrimp Ramen in Tempura '. The bowl arrived with two tempura shrimps submerged in the broth instead of sitting on top of the noodles ruining the ‘tempura effect’. The noodles were not freshly made in the kitchen and without any taste whatsoever, apparently outsourced from elsewhere. They were very similar to the instant variety sold cheaply in Chinese shops and now in supermarkets around town. The quantity of noodles was disproportional compared to julienned veggies and broth in the bowl. A pity because I was looking forwards to eating authentic Japanese food in an authentic Japanese restaurant! The price was not an issue because when one eats quality food the price will always be higher than the run-of-the-mill eateries. Other than the ramen soup criticism the restaurant was very clean, the waiters were efficient and very professional. A good choice of food on the menu and prices were mid-to-high in range.

We were very satisfied and we decided that we will try the experience to eat at the restaurant in 2017.
