The proprietor and the waiter who served us were the epitome of culture and professionalism, as well as being as warm and friendly. In a very nice cozy atmosphere, simple but sophisticated at the same time, we found very skilled staff including professional wine tester. Among the different dishes we tried we have been particularly delighted by the frico and the tartara (which was prepared in front of our eyes as per tradition). Excellent wine selection. Superb dinner. Highly recommended especially if you are in wines.
