I ordered a buffet for 30 people for a party: I made a figurone for the exquisite quality, goodness, genuineness. plenty of food, even very well presented. All the people I'm seeing in thanking me for the invitation they received repeated the astonishment for the specialties served. I also add economics... because in the end for 30 people I spent little more than 10€ per head and the amount was very abundant!
