I ordered some drinks a few days ago through the app. I scheduled a time and attempted to pick up my order only to discover that they were, in fact, closed that day. The app still took my order and my money. I reported the issue through the app and through their customer survey text message, but have received no response whatsoever. This is not the first time this has happened. View all feedback.
