The tacos at this place are amazing. The tortilla is just the right size for your tacos and portioned with meat. The meat choices are great. Their meat is seasoned just right and make delicious taco meat. which ever meat you choose you wont regret it. Tacos tacos tacos. Oh and dont forget to ask for the red salsa. What Frank Tomasetti doesn't like about Mexican Food La Carreta:
Nothing really too bad to say about the place. It was definitely clean. People were friendly, but the portion was so small. The beans seem like they came straight out of the can with absolutely zero spices or seasonings. The Asada plate was somewhat small and the beef pretty thin. Compared to a few others around here, in regards to Mexican food, the carne Asada definitely lacked. View all feedback.
Im from Washington state and was visiting a friend we were looking for a place to eat when I saw food trucks. We came upon this cool food bus and walked in. They have a huge menu. We ordered street tacos and I have to say they were so good. They came with rice and beans. My friend loved it so much we stopped back to get dinner for her husband who said was very good. We are now life customers.

They have the best street tacos around Idaho Falls. In the summer we get street tacos most Tuesday nights. The street tacos with Asada are best I have and I have tried a lot of different places locally.
That was the best veggie burrito I've had in a long time!
I got the Burrito with shredded beef #16. It was excellent, as good as any burrito I had in Los Angeles, and I have been to every corner of LA. The school bus makes it all the more cool!
