Fiesta Ole - Ucon

My favorite dish is the crispy meat burritos, and they have the best hot sauce, which you can even purchase by the bottle. The cheddar fiesta tots are fantastic too. Despite occasionally being busy, they are incredibly efficient with taking and delivering orders.

I often go to lunch at the location on 1856 N Yellowstone Hwy in Idaho Falls. Typically, my visits are uneventful, but today I had a delightful experience thanks to a young lady named Brooklin (according to my receipt) who took my order. She was exceptionally polite and helpful, which is not something I usually expect from a Fiesta Ole employee. I just wanted to commend you on having such a well-trained staff member. However, the loud and boisterous 'manager' in the back could benefit from a bit more training.

If you're looking for great food despite mediocre service, Fiesta Ole is a solid choice. I believe they could significantly improve by enhancing the quality of their customer service.

It was an amazing experience! I was there to pick up an order for someone else, but the staff was very courteous, and my order was ready in no time. Great job, everyone!

Pick up a bag of their crispy bean burritos and create a dipping sauce by combining equal parts ranch dressing and chunky salsa. Eating them at home simply can't match the authentic taste you experience at the restaurant. I genuinely adore it!
