The cost was extremely reasonable and affordable for the quality of food that was served. They arrived early and set everything up and made sure thefood was on warmers. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend this catering service to anyone looking.

The food bursts with flavor, like an excellent party in your mouth! I have one son who had quit eating cheeseburgers for years. He thought they were nasty, until he had a cheeseburger at Billman?s at the South East Idaho StateFair. He loved it and thinks Billman?s makes the best burgers of any restaurant or food establishment he has been to. He nowsays, ?In n Out Burger, sucks!?. The steak sandwich with onions and mushrooms is a delightful menu item that should not beoverlooked. All of the food they cook and offer is made of a superior quality, the flavors are a great experience, and theservice is always friendly. Thank you.

We arrived at 7 PM, were seated quickly, and had given our order to the waitress by 7:10. At that time, the restaurant was about half full. We only ordered a few simple items—a couple of hamburgers and a kid’s mac and cheese—so I expected a relatively quick service. However, the wait felt quite long. Our one- and two-year-old children were very patient, but by 7:50 they were getting restless. Throughout the wait, the waitress never apologized for the delay or provided any updates, nor did she check in with us for refills or to see how we were doing. At 8 PM, we decided to leave without receiving our food. I’m not rating this experience lower because I can’t comment on the food itself, but I likely won’t be returning anytime soon.

I’m giving two stars mainly because the food truck was clean and the service was fast, which showed some promise. However, the high prices did not match the quality of the food. Perhaps we chose the wrong dishes, but I believe every item on the menu should earn five stars or not be offered at all. We’ll be skipping this one next time.

The tables wer... read more We decided to try Billman's Catering for lunch despite some negative reviews, thanks to a coupon we had. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The tables were spotless, and our server, Kareie, was very attentive and friendly. Our food arrived quickly—two burgers came out simultaneously. The burgers were quite flavorful and came with a large serving of well-seasoned, freshly cut fries. If you’re really hungry and in the mood for a burger, this is a solid spot to visit.
