Fantastic food! We popped in to eat at Currents but it’s reservations only and so ended up in the lounge…which was fabulous! Great food….the menu online doesn’t do it justice. The crab hip was delicious, the fish and chips light and tasty (go big or...go home) and the steak sandwich was a hit. We also squeezed in a couple of cocktails and the chocolate and mocha cake, which was fab. The view can’t be beat and the service was top notch. Will be back for sure!

Great selection of spirits and wines that complemented a stellar bartender and unique perspective under a west coast wave!

We ordered the mussels and also the salt pepper chicken wings. Brought back to our suite to enjoy.

We decided to grab a drink and some snacks in the Float Lounge as it was one of the only places that was open at 3pm in the afternoon. We were seated quickly as we were the only ones in the entire restaurant and ordered...caesars to start. Our waitress was attentive and helpful the entire meal. The caesars were tasty but the garnishes they were served with were all limp looking. Between the four of us we ordered fish and chips, mussels, wings and nachos. The nachos were nicely layered and were served with crème fraîche instead of sour cream which was interesting and the wings were as you would expect. My friend did not enjoy or finish her fish and chips and remarked that it tasted like it was straight out of the freezer. The mussels were good although the sauce was watery and there was a large amount of veggies within the sauce. I find places like this rely on people coming to see the exceptional views instead of focusing on serving about average food. I’d come back for a drink and the views and have dinner elsewhere.

Excellent service, good beers and wines (some by the glass). Some very good snacks, nice and fresh eg fish and chips.
