Kjolle - Uchiza

I had the best meal of my whole life in Kjolle. I never thought I could cry about food, but this place was so wonderful that I can't describe the words. I've never had such balanced flavors in all the dishes I tried. The drinks are also amazing. The staff is very friendly and polite, which really makes the experience even better. This place was absolutely perfect for me.

Thank you for sharing your passion for food with us. What an incredible experience. When someone who had previously eaten in a Michelin Star Restaurant, the food cooked in Kjolle threw us away! The whole experience is worth every moment and I still dream of the prawn starter I had (we ordered from the a la carte menu). The prices are also very favourable for the wine. The service is incredible and I am really grateful that I could experience this restaurant. Well done to the cook!!

It was too hard to get a reservation for Central, that led us to Kjolle. I am thankful that Kjolle gave us an equally amazing experience. The presentation of the dishes were beautiful as gardens and flowers. I particularly like the scallops, super sweet! The purple dish was also a surprise to me. I didn’t expect it to be squid noodles! The amount of food is large. We the potato pie stuffed us too much, while that was only half way. If you like creamy and rich food, you will love Kjolle!

We were nearly 90 minutes late to our 1pm reservation due to an unfortunate issue at the airport. Kjolle still managed to squeeze us in to the last lunch sitting. Thankfully all the stress was worth it as the food and service were fantastic. Beautiful presentation and great flavours. 14 hour beef cheeks with a high end creamed corn is a must! A beautiful minimalist setting with delicious drinks too.
