Their bartender knows how to make a great variety of excellent mixed drinks. The food was both refined and accessible, so much so that we plan on coming back with our picky 11-year old daughter, as she will love several of the dishes. The decor is hip and understated. Despite being on Chausee d'Waterloo, the rooftop terrace is quiet and leafy. The music play list is excellent, relaxing and edgy at the same time. It all adds up to a place that has a bit of the vibe of a hip nightclub with fine-dining quality food and the friendliness of a neighborhood institution. We also appreciate their willingness to accommodate us. Uccle can be a bit rigid with its reservation culture, and we like to be a bit more spontaneous. If you like spontaneity too, this could be your place if you have no plans one night and just want to walk into a place and have some fun. We visited a second time only one week after our first visit, and we will be back soon with our daughter.
