With accolades like Chef Syrco Bakker’s Best Chef 2024 Two Knife Award, every moment here felt like a celebration of culinary excellence. The atmosphere was stunning—bright, airy, and infused with a serene vibe. The concept of using fresh, in-house grown ingredients shone through in every dish and cocktail, creating a memorable blend of flavor and artistry. The Lunch Menu was a masterpiece, served family-style with bold flavors and creative presentations. Standouts included the Oyster with Sambal Kecap and Kemangi, the refreshing Grouper with Aloe Vera and Garden Herbs, and the unique Squid Kerupuk Gado Gado. The main courses, like the smoky Nasi Kuning Bakar with Acar Kencur and the perfectly grilled Quail Bakar with Base Genep, were simply divine. Adding to the experience was their Beverage Pairing, carefully curated to complement each course: Garden: A crisp gin cocktail with clear tomesoyi garden vinegar that highlighted the freshness of the opening dishes. Island of Imagination: A refreshing brut lager, perfect with the seafood courses. Mazzei, Poggio Badiola 2019: A rich Sangiovese from Tuscany that paired beautifully with the rendang-style Steak Tartare and chargrilled mains. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the stunning atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, and beautifully designed interior immediately impressed us—what a perfect start to the night! Throughout the evening, the attentive and friendly staff guided us with great care. Every dish and drink was introduced with passion and attention to detail, making the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every bite. By the end of the night, we were delightfully full, which was exactly what we hoped for on such a festive occasion. We ended the evening with a glass of bubbles at the bar, where we joined the team in a toast to the New Year. It was the perfect close to a magical night, leaving us with a memorable experience to carry into the year ahead.
