However, during my meal, a customer began changing her baby’s nappy right in front of me on a table — I’ve marked in the attached photo. Shockingly, the restaurant staff were standing right next to her and said nothing. When I raised my concern, they offered me a discount, which I declined—I paid the full bill. But honestly, how can a discount make up for such a disturbing and unhygienic experience? It was unacceptable and completely off-putting. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
