My wife and I waited for around an hour and a half for the food to be delivered; with a 55 minute wait for a ceaser salad. The restaurant wasn 't even half full, with only 5 tables occupied throughout the time we were there. When the food finally arrived it was of a good quality and the portions and presentation was nice. My wife ordered a pineapple fruit juice and it came with 80% of it being foam, she took a few sips and it was gone, she complained and was given another drink, which I later found on the bill, despite it being complimentary for messing up the fruit juice. For the sake of 16.000 I couldn 't be bothered arguing but the lack of consistency and enthusiasm by the staff just irked me to the point that I wouldn 't eat here again.
To begin: the blue cocktail is the worst I éver had. It was so bad that I could not finish it. Second: it took them over an hour to make something simple that we cancelled the order and only paid for the drinks. I already asked the staff how long it will take. They didn't even bother to answer this simple question. Please walk a few meters further into this street and please pick another restaurant. There are plenty!
The one thing that made our hour long wait for our food much better was the awesome soundtrack that was playing! Bon Jovi, Green Day and Westlife!!! What 's not to love! The fact that none of the staff could be bothered with anything was just rude. I received a 'pineapple juice ' that was 1/4 watered down fresh pineapple 3/4 foam from the blender. I complained, requested a different, cheaper drink, still charged me for the juice. Ordered a ceaser salad, which after waiting an hour ended up being a plate of lettuce leaves with mayo, some chicken chucked on and the tiniest slice of garlic bread ever. We also ordered an appetiser which came 20 minutes after finishing my salad. 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering. When asking for the bill none of the 5 staff who were all cleaning glasses surely there aren 't that many to polish) wouldn 't look up from the task at hand so had to walk over to a very bored looking manager? And wait for her to add up our bill on a calculator then just say 'okay '. We paid and left. Honestly only gave a 1 star cause i had to, in the end it was just a joke, ended up singing along to music and thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Their tempura vegetables were perfectly cooked and also delicious. You also took us on a few enquiries with our food and changed some of the sauces for us to more our pleasure. They also have Balinese Dancers, which on a Monday, Wednesday, and a Friday without a charge for the customer. Finally, the employees are amazing and very helpful. Many of them have exceptional English, and they were able to visit us some good tips and places on our roaming trip around Bali.
