Everything from the atmosphere to the service and food was spot-on. What stood out the most was the food itself — it let the natural flavors of the ingredients shine, with minimal use of seasoning or artificial enhancers. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared and genuinely nourishing. But what truly elevated the experience was the staff’s impeccable hospitality and emotional attentiveness. Their ability to anticipate and care for guests with such warmth and grace made it clear we were dining at a world-class restaurant. It was honestly surprising to experience this level of quality in both taste and service in Bali — in the best possible way. The Kuah Be Pasih seafood broth was light yet rich, the Bebek Betutu was incredibly aromatic and tender, and the Klepon dessert was a creative twist on a local favorite. The wine pairings elevated each dish, and the Cascade Passion cocktail was also a standout. The ambiance is stunning — overlooking lush Ubud greenery with soothing water features all around. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxed, elegant meal. Service was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The menu was so impressive I honestly wanted to go for everything but I went for the 'Ocean Journey ' 3 course menu and it didn 't disappoint! Everything I loved in one sitting.
