I honestly don't really know why this restaurant is on happy cow. when I was there, they literally had two vegan options. eating was a big part, but it was definitiw lack of taste. the prices were on the high side. the service was really pushy and made us feel uncomfortable and unwilling when we were ready to eat and not lust on dessert as they wanted us to leave the ash, although more than half of the restaurant was... Two rats were in the dining room for me. The Indonesian courts were ordered and were not good. The staff was unstoppable.
Great service. Delicious food. We tried the Jackfruit Rendang (you can ask for it with no egg and peanut crackers, but the staff should understand vegan and the tofu Gado-Gado. Both extremely tasty.
It was decent, they offer a vegan option featuring Jackfruit on their menu.
I am not sure why this restaurant is listed on Happy Cow because during my visit, they only had two vegan options available. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor. The prices were on the expensive side. The service was pushy and made us feel uncomfortable when we finished our meal and chose not to order dessert. They seemed eager for us to leave, even though the restaurant was more than half empty. I do not recommend this restaurant as there are better options in the area.
There are limited options for vegetarians at this restaurant, but the Jackfruit Renang is delicious. The black rice pudding is also worth trying.
