I've always like Warung Sopa in NyuhKuning/Peliatan and only just discovered the original! Fantastic local vegetarian warung in Ubud.
The restaurant offers delicious and nutritious food at a very reasonable price, especially when compared to other vegetarian/vegan options in the area.
For the price, you won't find anything else like it. The food is delicious, varied, served quickly, and affordable. The menu is entirely vegetarian, with the exception of eggs.
