After I was looking forward to trying this place all week, I had a vegan crepe with peanut butter, banana and vegan ice. Unfortunately the crepe was bland / tasteless and the ice cream was still frozen in the middle, so it was unusable. I was worried that it melted and frozen again, as it has this texture. There are multiple vegan choices at this restaurant. I tried the vegan salad, The Round Table, without mushrooms and it was quite tasty. I also split a vegan crepe, The Golden Ring, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream added. The crepe was delicious, but be sure to specify vegan when ordering or it may be made with egg. However, there is an additional charge for vegan crepes. You have the option to sit on the floor downstairs or go up the steep stairs to the second floor where there are tables available.
The crepe lacked flavor and was very thin, which was disappointing. However, the restaurant offers vegan options and most of the items are homemade. Overall, it was not amazing.
The crepes are mediocre and overpriced for the portion size. They offer vegan options, such as a vegan "Nutella," but it is disappointing as well.
The Vegan Crêpe was very delicious as the Vergane smoothie Bowl. There is a lot of choice - also a lot vegan!
After looking forward to trying this place all week I had a vegan crepe with peanut butter, banana and vegan ice cream. Unfortunately the crepe was bland tasteless and the ice-cream was still icy frozen in the middle, making it inedible. I was concerned it has melted and refrozen as it has that texture. When I mentioned this to the waitress she seemed unconcerned. Someone who seemed like the manager overheard me and offered to help. I ended up not paying for the ice-cream (My suggestion when she offered me a free savoury non vegan crepe) and receiving 20% off my bill which was a nice gesture but didn’t make up for my below average meal and the fact that I left half of it behind me.
