Just keep in mind that, as in every region, everyone has their own way of cooking. In Sardinia, from north to south, a dish can vary in ingredients. It doesn't matter, from appetizer to dessert, it's really good, Karalis takes you away from the continent and transports your mind to white dunes and crystal-clear sea.

Everything tastes good, but I would have preferred the suckling pig cooked traditionally and not at a low temperature, which made it dry and chewy—a shame. Good value.
