The service in the beginning when we ordered drinks and starters was ok , nothing to complain about . But later it became unbelievably slow and fully ignorant : we were sitting nearly one hour waiting for the main dish and nobody of the stuff bothered even to come to our table to ask if we need anything.Only after couple of my reminders we got main course. The food starters chef s croquettes and vegetable tempura )were of poor quality , the main course meat was good.

Sta... read more Ate here on a Tuesday night in June. Picked this place at random from the numerous restaurants on Calle Real. Seated outside as the tables began to fill up. Starters arrived after 20 minutes, so far so good. However my wife's main course didn't arrive for a further 40 minutes, and mine never arrived at all! When I asked where mine was I was told there was none of my choice left, this being 1 hour after they took the order. I had to re-order another dish which itself didn't arrive for another 25 minutes. By way of apology, which they thought appropriate, they decided to deduct the cost of our coffee's from the bill. After we complained this was insufficient, they also deducted the cost of my main course as well. The net result of all this was a very dissapointing experience, which was a shame because the food, when it finally arrived, was quite good. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but service quality really let this place down.
