My recent visit to Wimpy when I was passing by Tzaneen with my fiance left a lot to be desired. Despite the prompt service, the chicken wings we ordered had an off-putting smell. To make matters worse, the manager seemed dismissive when we brought this issue to their attention. It's disheartening when customer complaints are not taken seriously. I hope Wimpy Tzaneen addresses their customer service approach to ensure a more welcoming and responsive environment for all patrons.
