Your customer service skills are very necessary. When a customer comes inside to pickup a mobile order someone should be at the counter to assist them. The customer shouldn’t have to wait 6 minutes for you to walk up nonchalantly as if you aren’t working. If I have to wait even 2 minutes at your counter again I will take pictures and post them online. Respectfully View all feedback.
Always good eats at Wendy's. Did the drive thru while traveling. Friendly cashier. Only issue is access from Route 7. You have to drive just a certain way through the parking lots to get there, much like a rat in a maze. I suppose this is done to calm traffic in an otherwise overflowing road system.
I love the #1 on the breakfast menu with a mango pineapple lemonade! Their home fries are always seasoned well too.
I mean who like Wendy's? I just wanted to pee really. Got some food so we didn't feel bad is all. Average customer service but the bathrooms were super clean.
Customer service for the dine in is extremely inadequate. All available staff were more concerned with either the drive thru or other tasks than customers in the front part of store.
The best fast food restaurant ever. Great service and staff.
