The employee... read more I was at the Mandelhuset with my company and I very much enjoyed my visit. We had our lunch in a new house that was created during corona lockdown. The employee told us that the whole village provided stuff to set it up and it is decorated with old memories if the former owner of the restaurant. A very nice room to dine! The staff was very friendly and the dishes were amazing. In comparison to all others i was served vegan dishes: main dish with silken tofu and asparagus, desert with a chocolate cake with molten core and strawberry sorbet. In my three days in norway this was the best vegan dish served to me including the locations in Bergen. Please continue with serving such great vegan options! My wish: Please such options officially to your menu. Right now the menu on the website does not show anything in this direct and you hide your potential in this field :
