If I could give this subway in Tyrone zero stars and leave a review I would! I got a sub from here and I ate half of my sub and took one bite out of the other half of my sub and THERE WERE LIVE BUGS IN MY SUB!!!! And I don’t mean like a fly or a nat, no this was a creepy crawler with more legs than a spider kind of bug and I thought it was just one until my whole sub was crawling with them!!!!! MY FIANCÉ AND I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
I just got my subs. I have not tried them yet so I will update but, the young gentleman and young woman who assisted my partner and I were SO WELCOMING! Very nice people. So sweet and helpful. BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE THERES NO SWEET PEPPERS Update: subs were kinda meh.
Nice staff but either greedy owner or busy owner. Took way longer than it should for a refund and had to explain the situation multiple times. Either drive through or receiving end of drive-thru orders printed receipt incorrectly even though food was made correctly. Charged for an extra sub and could not get refund until next day and wasn't even with cash. Had to settle for gift card and haggle for replacement sandwich in order to not lose money in this transaction although money returned was th
I got a chicken teriyaki sandwich there today i wanted chesse lettuce and red onions on it and then I got home open my food and i looked there was NO cheese and it was dry as dry it could be, like they didnt put no sauce or anything on the chicken teriyaki to get it that flavor..... should of save money and went up to Altoona to the mall to the food court the philly chessesteak place and got a chicken teriyaki there at least there isnt dry and they put sauce and they get there order right I'll
The staff at Subway were friendly, but it seemed the owner was either too busy or somewhat stingy. Processing a refund took much longer than necessary, and I had to explain the situation multiple times. There was also an issue with the drive-thru—the printed receipt didn’t match the food prepared accurately. I was charged for an extra sandwich and didn’t receive a refund until the next day, which was only given as a gift card, not cash. I had to negotiate for a replacement sandwich to avoid losing money on the transaction. While the staff and management were generally helpful, the owner’s reluctance or busy schedule delayed a quick resolution. I likely won’t be returning, but overall, the food, staff, and cleanliness of the restaurant were good.
