Processing a refund took much longer than necessary, and I had to explain the situation multiple times. There was also an issue with the drive-thru—the printed receipt didn’t match the food prepared accurately. I was charged for an extra sandwich and didn’t receive a refund until the next day, which was only given as a gift card, not cash. I had to negotiate for a replacement sandwich to avoid losing money on the transaction. While the staff and management were generally helpful, the owner’s reluctance or busy schedule delayed a quick resolution. I likely won’t be returning, but overall, the food, staff, and cleanliness of the restaurant were good.

They have a positive attitude, and whenever I have trouble with the touchscreen, they kindly let me place my order at the counter like in the past. They never get annoyed, and I really appreciate that. Thank you!

The young man and woman who helped my partner and me were incredibly welcoming—such kind and helpful people! However, I was surprised to find that there were no sweet peppers available on the menu. Update: the subs were just okay.

I ordered a sub and had eaten half of it when I took a bite of the other half and found LIVE BUGS inside! I’m not talking about a fly or a gnat; this was a creepy-crawly bug with more legs than a spider! At first, I thought there was only one, but then I realized my entire sub was infested with them! My fiancé and I will never eat here again!

I asked for cheese, lettuce, and red onions, but when I got home and opened it up, I was disappointed to find there was no cheese and the sandwich was extremely dry. It seemed like they completely omitted the sauce from the chicken teriyaki, which really detracted from the overall flavor. Looking back, I should have saved my money and headed to the food court at the mall in Altoona, where the Philly cheesesteak spot serves a much better chicken teriyaki. Their sandwiches are moist, they actually include sauce, and they get the orders right. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Subway.
