Nolo Bistro - Tyngsboro

I want to like this restaurant, the Stonehedge is a beautiful Inn and restaurant space and we were there to eat and listen to the Jazz ensemble. It has changed concepts a number of times over the years since it was Silks an upscale eatery. The current concept is casual bistro but unforunatley the food preparation lacked skill cook vs chef.

The food was excellent. The issue was it wasn't clean the table clothe was dirty the book case that we sat next to was dirty as well crumbs stains

We both had the best time! We were interested in the blues music so were given the high table near the musicians. It was like a private concert! The musicians played in an area with only us, them, a fireplace, a couch, and one other table. It was like they were looking in our eyes and playing for us, which they were! Then the service was outstanding as the waiter brought the very friendly chef out to our table to answer questions. The wonderful food was carefully and skillfully prepared to our repeated delights. A beautiful dining experience with fantastic service and live musical accompaniment in an elegant and accommodating ambience.

Service was extremely slow she disappeared on us never got bread corn in order a second drink had to ask for dessert because she showed up with our tab

My husband and I had enjoyable meals We started with the beef tartar with their house made chips which were salty and delicious for our entrée I had the Salmon w/ white beans and greens and Bob had the Duck Breast followed by the pumpkin cheesecake. This particular night we came to listen to the jazz band they had in the lounge, hope they continue to book jazz shows.
