Clean business with friendly and efficient employees. The food (choose wraps and munchkins) and icy latte were of course also delicious! Update 3/1/2022 This DD has reopened after its renovation. It now has the modern On Tap decoration. It looks great and the food and the staff are great!

October 2021 Update: I dropped my rating on a star in August. They messed up for a while, but they seem to be back on their game and their ice cream coffee is excellent again. Maybe it was just a bad bunch of workers. They're gonna be fine again, and I've visited this place again. I've changed my rating to four stars. August 2021 Update: Dropped my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. They're putting too much ice in their coffee. It's so much ice cream that there's only a few sips of coffee. If you are asked for recovery with less ice, you will get a warm coffee with 2 ice cubes in it. I'm not happy with the latest change. Original Review: You make the coffee really nice and the line is always moving fast. This is one of the ONLY Dunks in the area, the right amount of ice cream in their icy coffee, most of them so much ice cream in the cup that there is only enough space for a few sips coffee.

I was going thru the drive thru and my pet ferret stopped breathing and passed out. A cute dunks employee by the name of AJ came out the drive thru window, handed me my coffee and started performing CPR on my lil ferret. Fortunately he was saved and the coffee was great! Will definitely come back again. 10/10 experience

My on the go order was ready when I arrived but was not made correctly. However, I was greeted nicely and the bathroom was clean. So I gave 4 stars. If my coffee was made correctly I would have given them a 5 star review.
