If I could, I would rate this Whataburger 10 stars. The manager offered me outstanding customer service and took the time to explain how to use the Whataburger app while I was there. I ordered my usual, the Sweet and Spicy Burger, and my meal was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this Whataburger; it's the best one in Texas!
Today was not a good day for whataburger. The bread was horrible on my burger and the meet was literally thinner than the pickle on the burger. Recieve a refund and went to sonic.
15 minute Wait time wasn't bad in the drive thru, BUT if you are going to charge almost $3 for fries, then at least FILL up the box with HOT ones please! I thought for sure I'd at least have some bag fries, but there wasn't even a crumb of one in there.These were barely warm and had so much salt on them I couldn't finish them. Please make sure you mix up the old fries with thenew fries you dump on top, so you don't wind up with barely a scoop of old fries.
I had my order messed up three times within just one week. Having worked there before, I can understand that mistakes happen, but after the third time, I had to call back, and they offered to replace my order. However, when I went in today to pick it up, they messed it up again. I didn't receive my gravy at all during any of the four visits, and the first three times, my sandwich was made incorrectly. On the third day, I even got someone else's order. I won't be coming back to this location.
The burgers are big and juicy, piled high with bacon. The desserts are equally tasty.
